Trust Your Voice Again

When everything feels loud, it can be hard to hear yourself. You may be used to holding it together for everyone else. Or you may be worried about your teen and unsure how to support them. You might feel disconnected from the person you used to be, exhausted by self-doubt, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit.

At Internal Compass, we help you reconnect with your inner voice. Through therapy and coaching, you can begin to understand your emotions, clarify your needs, and move forward with greater confidence and steadiness.

When Life Feels Heavy, You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone

You may be questioning your worth after a relationship that left lasting emotional impact. Family dynamics might keep pulling you into familiar conflict. ADHD, burnout, grief, or trauma may have you feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or misunderstood.

If any of this sounds familiar, it does not mean you are failing. It means you are human and doing your best under real pressure.

Therapy at Internal Compass offers a place to slow down and breathe. A place where you do not have to perform, explain, or pretend. Together, we work through what has been weighing on you and build skills that support clarity, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self.

Teens & Parents of Teens

Adolescence can be challenging for both teens and parents. We work with teens navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and depression, while also supporting parents in understanding emotional needs beneath behavior.

Molly Katherine Stremba, LCSW | Founder

Molly founded Internal Compass to create a practice where people can reconnect with their inner voice, build self-trust, and navigate life’s more complex seasons with clarity and confidence.

She works with teens and adults, supporting clients in strengthening self-worth, improving relationships, managing ADHD and emotional regulation challenges, and developing healthier boundaries. Her approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing doesn’t have to be cold or clinical. She shows up with warmth and humor because growth happens more easily when you feel safe, understood, and allowed to be fully yourself. Together, you will build practical skills you can actually use in real life especially in the moments when things feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck. Molly focuses on strengthening your inner resilience: helping you trust yourself, tolerate discomfort with more steadiness, and reconnect with your own internal compass. Therapy with Molly is a balance of depth and lightness honoring the hard stuff while making room for relief, clarity, and moments of genuine connection along the way.

Molly accepts telehealth clients in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.

Nikki Hirsch, LMSW, LSW

Nikki works with adults who are navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of her clients appear capable and composed on the outside while feeling weighed down internally.

Her approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human. Nikki believes therapy should feel supportive rather than clinical, and she brings compassion, curiosity, and gentle humor into the work to help clients feel safe enough to be honest and real.

Together, you will build self-awareness and practical tools that support emotional regulation, resilience, and steadier self-trust, especially during seasons that feel confusing or heavy.

Therapy with Nikki balances depth and relief, creating space to process what hurts while also helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Nikki offers telehealth therapy for adults in New Jersey and New York.

Ollie

Bentley and Ollie are our behind-the-scenes therapy companions and steady reminders to slow down.

Bentley, Molly’s dog, brings a calm and grounding presence. Ollie, Nikki’s dog, offers warmth and lightness. While they are not present in sessions, their influence shapes the tone of our practice: compassionate, human, and welcoming.

If knowing there is a dog nearby brings you comfort, you will feel right at home here, even through telehealth.

Testimonial

“Molly provides the perfect balance of warmth and challenge to our sessions together. It took me quite a few therapists before I met with Molly, and she made me feel comfortable to bring my whole self to our appointments. She has created a safe space with no judgement and goes above and beyond just our sessions. Sometimes she’ll send articles she comes across that she thinks may be helpful which shows she keeps her patients top of mind well beyond the 1 hour appointments. It may sound silly but Molly truly listens and is extremely thoughtful which is rarer than I expected in this field, and I am so thankful to be working with her.”
