Meet the Team

Hi, I’m Molly! I am the owner and founder of Internal Compass, and I currently provide online therapy to teens and adults in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.

My approach is centered on harnessing your natural resilience and tailoring therapy to the goals and changes you want for yourself. In our sessions, you’ll learn how to trust yourself more deeply, strengthen self-compassion and self-esteem, and build practical communication skills to set healthier boundaries and feel more connected in your relationships.

If you think we may be a good fit, I’d love to connect. You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can answer your questions and explore how we can work together in online therapy

Hello, I’m Nikki! I provide online therapy for adults in New Jersey and New York.

My focus is on creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and make meaningful changes in your life. Clients often describe our sessions as supportive, compassionate, and even infused with humor, leaving them feeling lighter and ready to move forward.

"Molly is the most genuine, professional one of a kind therapist I've met. She is a dedicated and caring psychotherapist. She is dedicated in her field of trauma work/EMDR and such a hard working person. I highly recommend her services, you will not regret it. She is amazingly compassionate and empathic."
